My Passion is to motivate people to be the best they can at work and in life, and have fun while doing it. 

In everything I do, the person as the individual is my focus.  We often forget, that we alone are responsible for instigating change in ourselves.  It is important to me that we think through the situations well (reflection) to make intelligent and responsible choices (conscious) for change. Often we need to look at things from a different perspective to understand the highly complex subject matter and take consideration of all the important factors and different possibilities before we make our final decisions. 

An important part of my work is to ensure mutual Trust and Understanding of each other's perspective. Common sense in combination with social competence is the basis for sensitive communication both in the workplace and outside it.

Use Networking successfully! Networking has been an indispensable part of my career path.  I have continually noticed how important and helpful it is to share information, make recommendations, support others and maintain long lasting relationships.
