Hello,
My name is Beate Oehl. I’m pleased that you’re interested in my work and I’d like to introduce myself briefly in the following sentences:

Before I became self employed 20 years ago, I worked in Human Resources Development as a Personnel Developer with a focus on Continuous Technical Development and Management Development in the R&D  department of 3M Laboratories (Europe).

For more than 20 years now I have been managing my own Agency for Personnel Development, Consulting and Training. I am a long-standing lecturer at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Idstein and Wiesbaden, where I teach soft skills to Bachelor and Master students with a focus on Communication, Presentation and Facilitation and Human Resources Management Skills in English and German. In addition, I am the Technical Director and author of various distance learning courses for specialists and managers.

I am proud to have initiated and organised the Idstein Women's Day since 2004 and have thus built up a large regional and national network over the years.

In my work - especially in the field of personality development and coaching of people - it is particularly important to me that I support my participants and give them space to discover their own strengths and develop their potential. In doing so, I encourage them to dare to try something new.
